Gamers, Geeks, and Hackers
Gamers, geeks, and hackers are pretty cool people in my book. I guess I really appreciate geeks. It makes sense. I worked in the technology industry for most of my adult life.
As I transitioned from technology work to studying the mind, I found that my tech experience was very valuable. In fact, the modern computer was made in the image and likeness of the human false mind. So it makes sense that the mind and the computer would work in much the same way.
Within our mind, we have beliefs or programs. We store information in our mind like a computer stores files.
Gamers and gaming demonstrate the connection between the True Self (the gamer) and the false self (the game and all of its component parts). Hackers are people like me; they have the ability to find the problems that keep people from playing the game well or getting the results that they want out of life. Of course, not all hackers have good intentions. Once we understand the mind, we can use it to help and free people; or we can use it for self benefit. In my articles, I focus on the use of gamers and hackers to get to a place of mental freedom.
