Membership Contact Form

Use this email address for questions regarding your Gold Circle membership account.  For questions about letting go or initiation, please use the forums or comments, unless you have a specific question that you’d like me to answer in a group call, and you will not be able to attend, then feel free to send that question.  I will answer it in the commentary section (at the beginning) of the next call.  I do not give advice or answer personal questions.  So any questions should be about the material covered.  Mentoring requires me to gather data and ask questions that I can’t gather from an email.  I will come on to the forums from time to time and make helpful comments that will point you in the right direction.

If you are locked out because you put in the wrong password multiple times, wait at least 15 minutes, then try again.  Make sure you know your password, and check to make sure you get capital letters and special characters right.  If you used a suggested password and accidentally deleted that file, you might have to reset your password.  I don’t have access to your password; it is encrypted.  If you are finding that you can’t access the page, see if you are logged in on multiple devices.  If you log of of all but one, the problem sometimes corrects.  Also try rebooting your machine.  If none of those work, contact me.  I can check to see if you are blocked on the page.

To cancel your membership, go to Membership Management, then click on purchases at the top of the page.  At the bottom, you will find “Cancel this Subscription.”  Click on that link, and it will take you to PayPal.  Then you cancel the recurring payment on PayPal.  Do not do this until the last day of your membership.  Otherwise, it causes your access to go away.  I don’t know why it works that way.  But it does.  If you cancel it too soon, by accident, email me, it is an easy fix on my part.

Here is the PayPal directions for cancelling your recurring payment:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the “My pre approved payments” link under History. It is in a yellow section, near the top of the page.
Click on the Merchant, “Gateway To Gold.”
Under Subscription details, you will see the option to “Cancel.” Click “cancel.” Then click on “Cancel profile.”
You will then get notification of the cancellation.
